Fees for 2025 (Commencing 1st January)

Taking the current economic conditions into account, the Council of Ministers set the following fees in the revenue budget for 2025.
Motor Vehicle Driving Licence
Two years: 1,499.80 TL. Three years: 1,999.70 TL. Five years: 2,999.50 TL. Ten years: 4,999 TL.
Passports including Diplomatic Passports
One year: 1,240.00 TL. Two years: 1,945,00 TL. Five years: 2,635.00 TL.
Obtaining an ID Card
Under 11 years of age: 67 TL. 11+ years: (First time ID Card) 800 TL. Renewal: 800 TL.
Residency Permits
A period not exceeding 6 months: 1,340 TL (Students: 690 TL) 6 to 12 months period: 2,665 TL (Students: 1015 TL). 1 to 2 years period: 5,330 TL (Students: 2025 TL).
Work Permits
Up to 6 months: 1,660 TL (Students: 1,000 TL). 6 to 12 months period: 3,600 TL (Students: 2,000 TL). 1 to 2 years period: 7,200 TL.
